The ATMO pneumatic actuator not only boasts excellent quality and a wide range of specifications, but also incorporates several innovative features. In recent years, the engineering team has adopted a modular stacking design concept, integrating a sliding clutch mechanism and a threaded screw push-pull mechanism on the basis of the traditional actuator, successfully developing the ATMO series pneumatic actuators equipped with a handwheel. These actuators now feature additional practical functions such as manual operation, multi-stroke selection, and multi-point positioning.
●Operating medium: Dry or lubricating air, or filtered non-corrosive gas. The maximum particle diameter must be less than 30um.
●Working pressure: The pneumatic pressure of the actuator is 2 to 8 Bar.

T1: Viton O-ring, -15° to 150°;
T2: LNBR O-ring, -40° to 80°;

●Travel and Adjustment: Standard travel range is 0° to 90°. Adjustment range: The positions at 0° and 90° can be adjusted by the bolts on the body by ±5°. Any position within the range of 5° to 85° can be adjusted and limited by the external handwheel.
●Operating Environment: Standard coating (the cylinder body is treated with hard anodizing, and the end cover is coated with polyester) is suitable for non-corrosive environments. Nickel-phosphorus or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coatings can be selected for harsh or corrosive environments.
