I. Crude Oil Extraction Link
Wellhead Flow Control: At the wellhead of an oil well, the throttle valves and safety valves of AnyTorK are key equipment for ensuring the stable extraction of crude oil and safe production. Water and Gas Injection System Regulation: To improve the crude oil recovery rate, enhanced oil recovery technologies such as water injection and gas injection are often used. The electric control valves and check valves of AnyTorK play a core role in the water and gas injection systems. The electric control valve adjusts the flow rate and pressure of the injected water or gas in real time according to the monitoring data of the reservoir pressure, ensuring that the injection volume precisely matches the reservoir demand, maintaining the stability of the reservoir pressure, and promoting the efficient extraction of crude oil. II. Crude Oil Transportation Stage
Trunk Pipeline Interruption and Regulation: On the long-distance crude oil transportation pipelines, the large-scale ball valves and gate valves of AnyTorK undertake the key tasks of interruption and flow regulation. Pump Station Pressure Control: In the crude oil transportation pump stations, the pressure regulating valves and pressure relief valves of AnyTorK are of great importance. III. Petroleum Refining Link
Distillation Column Process Control: In the distillation column of petroleum refining, the temperature control valves and flow control valves of AnyTorK work in coordination to precisely control the distillation process. The temperature control valve adjusts the flow rate of the heating steam or cooling medium in real time according to the temperature monitoring data of different trays in the distillation column, ensuring that the temperature distribution in the column meets the process requirements and realizing the precise separation of each component of the crude oil. Material Transportation in Reaction Units: In the reaction units such as catalytic cracking and hydrofining in petroleum refining, the valves made of special materials of AnyTorK are responsible for transporting reaction materials that are high-temperature, high-pressure and highly corrosive. These valves are made of alloy materials with high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and have good sealing performance and reliable operation performance. V. Safety and Environmental Protection System
Flare Blowdown System: In the production process of the petroleum and petrochemical industry, when the unit fails or is shut down urgently, the excess flammable gas needs to be safely discharged through the flare blowdown system. The blowdown valves and flame arresters of AnyTorK play a key role in the flare blowdown system.
